-Extensive ping list with over 15 blog and informational sites to ping when you update your blog.
-Set up with Feedburner to handle your feeds in a variety of formats--you can also monitor your blog subscriptions & visits from your Feedburner account (does not count as a plugin).
-CREATING One Theme of Your Choice from scratch
(you provide images, font types, font sizes, color schemes, etc. and I design the complete layout--making your own "theme")

CLEAN CODE: All of our XHTML and CSS code is W3C valid for websites and blogs.

LAYOUTS: We do not offer customized layout options for any of the blog packages except for the Building Houses Installation, so please choose a theme where you like the layout as that part will not be altered. We do and can alter colors, fonts, and change out images for you (depending on the package you purchase).

IMAGES: All graphics used in websites or blog must be provided by the client (you) or already existing in the template or we will choose free public domain graphics that cannot be altered. We do not design graphics.

CREDIT: As a courtesy to those who design WordPress themes for public use, we do not remove footer information crediting the designer of the theme you choose. You will need to find another person to remove those for you if you want them removed. If we design a custom theme for you, we do not have to put our information in the footer if you do not want it there.

WEB HOST: Your server needs to be hosted by a Unix/Linux server running MySQL. We do not work on Windows servers/web hosts.

WARRANTY: All minor change requests are done at no extra charge if request is made within 10 business days of project completion. Changes do not fall under this warranty if they are due to changing your mind or mistakes on your part in communication.

CHANGES/UPDATES: Requests for changes due to changing your mind, mistakes on your part, major changes, or requests for changes made 10 business days or more after notification of project completion are made at a rate of $50.00 per hour billed to the quarter hour with a minimum of one hour billed.

Once you order and pay for the service, we will contact you to set up a time when we can have a telephone conversation to go over your specific needs for your blog.
